Combating Discrimination & Isolation - Anti-Racism Youth Champions Workshop 4

Join us for an impactful evening dedicated to combating discrimination and isolation in our communities! This workshop, hosted by the Anti-Racism Youth Champions Programme in collaboration with the 32 Steps to Togetherness, is designed to empower and equip youth leaders with practical strategies to make a difference.

Event Highlights:

  • Introduction & Overview: Meet the lead of the programme and get a brief on our mission and the 32 Steps to Togetherness.

  • Interactive Table Discussions: Engage in dynamic group discussions, using sticky notes to brainstorm how specific steps can address hate crimes, religious hate, and community isolation.

  • Sharing Insights: Present your table's findings and delve deeper into how these strategies intersect with generational differences, ageism, and social cohesion.

  • Action Planning: Collaborate with your team to draft a practical action plan using one of the 32 Steps to tackle hate crime and isolation in your community.

  • Final Presentations: Share your action plans with the group and gain valuable feedback.
